How you can judge yourself

There is a person passing through the street in the night.A kind and good nature man saw him and thought that he is a good person ,going to help someone.Another man who had evil thoughts ,thought about that person that he is a thief ,going to theft somewhere .See there are two different opinions about one person .this is because of difference in their own character.In Islam The Holy Prophet (PBUH) said that you could not be a Muslim until you want a thing for your brother that you want yourself.So we can judge ourselves by liking things. In our society we choose best things and leave defected or little damage things for others.This Saying tells us about our inner self ,and nobody knows except Allah and you .
